The Resort enjoys a perfect location at a distance of 150 m from its sister hotel The Kahramana Resort, 25 km north of Marsa Alam City and 40 km from its International Airport, a drive of one hour. The Hurghada International Airport lies at a distance of 250 km, the drive takes about 4 hours. The nearby tourist attractions are the Elphinstone Reef 5 km away, while the Samadai Dolphin Reef is only 5 km.

The Resort includes 300 guest rooms and suites, categorized into standard double, triples, superior doubles and suites; standard and royals totaling to 8 suites. The resort had a section of the reef cut away and provides an area for swimming and paddling , a superb beach, laced with Palm tree's and sun loungers surrounded by whicker wind-breaks and shaded by large parasols made from the same material, 2 free form swimming pools, tennis court, billiard, bicycle ride ,aerobics, beach volleyball, mini golf , table tennis, a clay football field, a fitness room equipped with sauna, gymnastic equipment, massage treatment and Jacuzzi, quad biking into the desert and enjoying a Bedouin tent entertainment, horse back riding, an animation team performing regular daytime activities and night entertainment presented in the open air theatre. The children are provided with a kids' separate swimming pool, a play ground, a Kids' club supervised by professionals and baby sitting services are also offered upon request.

The Diving School offers diving courses and equipment rental facilities to beginners and professional divers for morning or night dives.
