Short Itinerary:
Day 1 Arrive in Cairo, Transfer to Hotel (City Tour optional)
Day 2 Cairo sightseeing (Pyramids & Saqqara)
Day 3 Egyptian Museum , Islamic Cairo & Khan El Khalili then take the over night sleeper train to Aswan
Day 4 Aswan sightseeing then transfer by train to Luxor
Day 5 Sightseeing in Luxor (Valley of the kings & Hatshepsut Temple.
Day 6 Visit Karnak & Luxor temples then head back to Cairo
Day 7 Last day sightseeing

Day 2

A day of sightseeing -The great Pyramids of Giza - the Sphinx and Valley Temple -Memphis and Saqqara Sight seeing. - Perfumery & Papyrus Institute. - Evening Nile Dinner Cruise.
Meals include: 1 breakfast, 1 dinner

Day 3

A 2nd day of sightseeing in Cairo - Egyptian Museum with the treasures of Tutankhamen. - Islamic Cairo - the Citadel, Alabaster and Sultan Hassan Mosques and Palace - The Khan El Khalili Bazaar - Coptic Cairo - see some of the oldest churches in Christianity - Depart for Aswan by overnight sleeper train.
Meals include: 1 breakfast, 1 dinner

Day 4

After breakfast sightseeing in Aswan - The High Dam - a modern wonder built to divert the Nile to prevent flooding - Sail on a Felucca or Launch to visit Kitchener Botanical gardens - Philae Temple - Sail past the Agha Khan Mausoleum - Transfer by first class train to Luxor - Transfer to Hotel in Luxor
Meals include: 1 breakfast

Day 5

Sightseeing in Luxor - Valley of the Kings (3 tombs) - Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, the Queen who would be King - The Colossi of Memnon - Evening Light and sound show at the Karnak Temple - Opportunity to stroll around the city with its quaint market places

Day 6

Finish sightseeing before returning to Cairo - Luxor and Karnak Temples - Transfer to Cairo by overnight sleeper train.

Day 7

Last day for sightseeing in Cairo area. -Free at Leisure. - Evening Light and Sound show at the Giza Pyramids
